Emergency Nutrition
• Delivered over 30,000 life-saving meals annually to children and families facing malnutrition, particularly Burmese refugee children.

Notable Success Stories
Preventing an Environmental Disaster in Tak Province
In 2022, Avoda CEO Sriphai Homberg led a grassroots effort to prevent the construction of anillegal industrial garbage burner in Tak province. The project, located on elevated land, threatenedto poison the only water source for over 1,000 farmers.
Through exposing corruption, rallying over 2,000 villagers, and engaging media and governmentofficials, the project was halted in just 21 days—an unprecedented victory for the community. Avillager exclaimed, “We always lose against the big powers. But this time we won!”
How a Young Mother Escaped Poverty
A struggling mother of three came to Avoda seeking hope. Facing malnutrition and uncertainty, she joined Avoda’s programs, receiving emergency nutrition and vocational training. Today, she has a stable job, her children are thriving in school, and she volunteers as a mentor to others.
From Refugee to Role Model
