Raimund has fully handed over the responsibility of operating the Avoda Foundation to the Thai team. Since 1991, when he began his mission work, he had a clear vision: to establish a mission society led by Thais. We want to witness the Holy Spirit working through Thai Christians to build His Kingdom.
Thailand has an incredible culture. The fear of God moves many hearts, and the commandment to honor one’s parents is still practiced faithfully. Elderly people are deeply respected. However, despite these deeply rooted values, only about 1% of Thais follow Jesus Christ. A spiritual battle is ongoing here, and we need your prayers.
Since late 2024, Raimund has gratefully passed on his role as General Manager to the Thai team. Ploi, his wife, is now leading Avoda’s operations. We are excited to move forward into the next phase.

Exciting changes are on the horizon, with each team taking on more responsibilities. While Avoda's principles remain unchanged, the structure will be further developed.
