>>> OUR STRATEGY
The Avoda Mission Strategy
Our mission model moves beyond short-term help by building a complete pathway of transformation: From vulnerability → to dignity → to influence → to church expansion.

OUR PIPELINE
Three Steps That Create Sustainable Mission
01
Compassion Outreach & Learning Centers
We begin where need is greatest — poor children, refugees, tribal communities, and rural Thai villages. Through Food Aid, Christian Learning Centers, and Bible teaching, we open hearts and build trust.
02
Vocation + Bible & Counseling Formation
Avoda trains believers in vocational skills (CBEC) leading to stable income, alongside intensive Bible training for mission and counseling. Real training for real mission work.
03
Deployment with Mentoring & Accountability
Graduates become active Christian Kingdom Workers who earn income through their vocation, stay rooted in their culture, build networks across society, and disciple others to multiply leaders.
