Overview of Avoda’s Refugee Work
The Avoda Foundation is dedicated to providing vital support to Burmese refugees who have fled the ongoing civil war in Myanmar. These refugees are often forced to choose between facing extreme violence and persecution or fleeing to Thailand, where they live in a perilous and uncertain existence. At Avoda, we are committed to providing humanitarian aid, education, legal support, and vocational training to help these refugees rebuild their lives and escape the cycle of poverty and exploitation.
