Avoda is led by called pioneer missionaries who have served for years in front-line mission work. Now our calling is clear: We give the work to local believers.

Many of our local leaders were trained since childhood through Avoda learning centers and support networks. Today they become professionals, counselors, evangelists, and missionaries.
