2025
A New Season of Leadership
After more than 12 years of faithful service,
Raimund passes the baton.
Sriphai steps in as CEO, leading Avoda
into a new chapter.
2021–2023
Building for the Future
A new headquarters, training center and mission think tank were established. We overcame challenges, gained government recognition, and became
a beacon of hope in the region.




2018–2020
Hope for the Next Generation
After-school programs, weekend schools, food aid and youth discipleship changed hundreds of lives.
Children grew, discovered their talents,
and began to lead.
2015–2018
Faith Under Fire
Lawsuits, persecution and opposition came.
Yet God strengthened His people.
Sriphai studied law to defend the vulnerable
and continue the mission with wisdom and courage.




2012
Avoda Is Born
The ministry had grown. A legal foundation
became necessary.
Avoda Foundation was officially registered.
Mission became sustainable.
2007-2011
One Marriage. One Mission
Raimund and Sriphai were married and began
ministry together.Learning centers, churches,
children's homes, and outreach among the
Iu Mien people began to take root.
