The word "Avoda" has Hebrew roots and a practical worldly and spiritual meaning simultaneously. Avoda means "work, worship, and service." In our context, we want to worship God through our daily work and spiritual worship.

At Avoda, our mission is to empower young people through our Learning Center in Thailand. We are committed to providing the essential education and skills needed to create a better future.

Our activities focus on assisting and mentoring vulnerable youth by offering training and life skills development. These young individuals are then guided to become mentors and leaders who can support and uplift their communities.

Through our educational programs, we emphasize the importance of spiritual growth, as highlighted in Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” This approach helps instill a sense of purpose and resilience, guiding them to follow the right path according to God’s principles.

By providing both practical skills and spiritual knowledge, we strive to help them realize their full potential and make a positive impact in their lives and communities.

Avoda Thaipattana is dedicated to sharing the gospel and developing a wide range of skills, while also promoting learning within the local community to create sustainable and impactful change.

Avoda Tak project focuses on training and preparing children to face the outside world and understand life better. We equip them to become leaders by providing opportunities to gain practical experience in various fields, such as teaching, marketing, interacting with people, playing musical instruments, working in factories, and even growing vegetables. Our goal is to develop a range of skills and experiences to prepare children for real-world work and life challenges.

The Mae Sot project focuses on opening a school to teach Thai language and the Bible to Burmese children living in Mae Sot. We train the children in reading, writing, and understanding the Thai language, as well as learning about the teachings of the Bible, to enhance their knowledge and understanding in these areas.
