One Meal Can Change a Life
At the Thailand–Myanmar border, countless people have fled war, violence, and loss. They didn’t come seeking a better life just the chance to survive. Women, children, and the elderly face hunger, fear, and uncertainty every single day.
But even after losing their homes, families, and safety they haven’t lost hope.
Avoda Foundation is delivering urgent food aid to refugees in crisis. You can be part of this life-saving mission today.

Food Aid: Feed Hope - One Meal At A Time
When Avoda discovered this challenge, we created a solution: a precooked rice meal that requires only the addition of water whether warm or cold. Even in remote hiding places with no access to cooking equipment, refugees can prepare a quick, warm, and nutritious meal.
Our meals are more than just simple, precooked food. Each serving is packed with Taurine (supporting energy and heart health), Himalayan Salt (78 essential minerals),
Turmeric (anti-inflammatory properties), Dried Mushrooms (rich in antioxidants), and Dried Chicken (providing protein). The rice itself is infused with herbal strength to give refugees the vital nutrients they need to regain energy and hope.

At Avoda, we focus on feeding newly arrived refugees from Myanmar, who enter Thailand and often hide along the border. With limited access to resources, many refugees lack the basic firewood needed to cook food. Without firewood, cooking rice can take up to an hour, leaving them without the nourishment they need to survive.
Each carton contains 32 meal sachets, providing a month’s worth of nourishing meals for those in dire need.
At just $0.51 per meal (including distribution), your monthly donation of $17 (only $0.51/day) will provide a refugee with a filling, nutritious, and warm meal every day of the month.
