Avoda Foundation
Avoda is committed to supporting vulnerable people, developing the potential of children and young people, and strengthening individuals, families, communities, and churches. We combine immediate humanitarian assistance with long-term investment in people to create lasting, sustainable change.
STEP 1
Humanitarian Aid & Emergency Relief
Avoda supports vulnerable groups, marginalized communities, children, and people living in poverty by responding to urgent and essential needs, including food, clothing, and medicine. Our goal is to relieve suffering and help people affected by crises move forward with dignity and hope.
Food Aid – A Bridge Ministry
Food aid is a practical expression of love and compassion. It helps build trust and meaningful relationships with villages and communities, particularly those affected by crises and insecurity.
Our Impact to Date

More than 10,000 food aid boxes distributed since the outbreak of the civil war in Myanmar in 2021.

Approximately 50,000 people reached, including family members and wider community networks.

Many food aid bags include Christian literature and Bibles, where appropriate, taking the recipients’ educational backgrounds into consideration.
Food aid does more than address immediate needs. It also serves as a bridge that connects Avoda, local communities, and churches through practical expressions of love, compassion, and care.
STEP 2
Child Support & Sponsorship
Avoda supports children through learning centers and child support networks. Currently, more than 400 children are listed in our support network. We aim to expand access to education, develop children's potential, and help them grow into responsible, capable individuals who can contribute positively to society.

Sustainable Livelihoods & Community and Church Leadership Development
Avoda seeks to strengthen the capacity of local Christians through vocational training, life skills development, and character building. We aim to equip individuals to earn a sustainable livelihood, become financially self-reliant, and contribute to the development of their families, communities, and churches.
